It's always a pleasure to visit Methuen Family Dentistry. The staff is always very friendly and polite. My hygienist Cathy is the best. She always greets you and has conversation with you to make you comfortable before any procedure. Dr. Sivers is so much the same, friendly and polite. He never pressures you. He tells you " you're the captain of your ship". They do things at your pace and when you are ready they are there ready and willing to help. They get a well deserved 5 star from me. I had a detailed dental plan put together and had multiple appointments to complete my care after not going to the dentist for 2 years. I’m not the easiest patient and I definitely do have anxiety when it comes to the dentist. The staff were so very kind, patient and understanding. I really appreciate the time and care this team takes in doing a great job. This was probably my fourth crown and I was so relaxed I started to drift of to sleep. The ARTICAIN they used to numb my jaw is so much better than what I grew up with. It really works.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Sivers, he is absolutely an excellent and caring dentist. When your sitting in his chair, he treats you as a person not a number. He takes the time and explains your treatment to you and answers all your questions. The staff is friendly, courteous and well educated in the dental field. I HIGHLY recommend this office.
